The home around the equipment

A new unit cannot outwork a leaking or poorly connected house.

New Market equipment can sit in a basement, attic, crawlspace, closet, addition, or another space with its own access and duct conditions. A room that's always run warm may need a return, insulation, air-sealing, or ductwork conversation, not a new unit.
